A multi-respondent live webchat with employees. AXA France’s ExCom innovates in the digitalization of its internal communication and promotes transparency.
On Tuesday, November 26, 2019, the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of AXA France Jacques de Peretti and members of the Executive Committee answered online questions from employees connected live to the internal webchat. The originality of this interactive event lays in the management’s request: to be as transparent as possible by publishing all the questions, comments and reactions sent live by the employees of the group in a specific area – distinct from the moderated webchat space.
