On Wednesday 8 November 2017, Jacques de Peretti, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, and AXA France’s Executive Committee responded directly to questions from employees of the group during an internal “T’Chat”. The singularity of this event lied in the requirements of the board: to publish – in addition to the selected questions and the joint answers – the entire content of the live exchanges. That is to say: the reactions, remarks, questions not addressed by the Executive committee, were still visible to all because published in the insert next to the one dedicated to the T’Chat. A concern for transparency to be highlighted for it is rarely observed in internal communication.
