Two web conferences were organized consecutively, on February 7 and 24, and broadcast live to employees of Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CACIB), in order to reward the teams dedicated to a major client project.
The first web conference was intended to nominate one team per category (a total of 4) -Tailor-made, Real Assets, Distribution, Sustainability- and to answer questions from employees. The second session focusing on the Deals Awards 2020 was a ceremony to hail the winning team among the 4 teams nominated during the previous web conference. Employees attending in the auditorium and remotely on the webcast platform were able to vote in real-time for their favorite team, by text message for employees present on-site and via an URL for those connected online.
