The digital division has chosen to invite its employees to a first interactive live webcast. This event gave the opportunity to Lubomira Rochet, Executive VP and Chief Digital Officer of l’Oréal, to discuss with her collaborators the Group’s digital strategy and the HR issues, thanks to the collaboration of Nicolas Pauthier, HR Director of l’Oréal Digital.
Lubomira Rochet and her teams had been careful to invite the entire branch to participate in 2 live video sessions in English : the first – in the morning- for employees in Europe, Asia and the Middle East and the second – in the afternoon- for employees in Americas.
