Two webchat sessions over two consecutive days. The first session was held in the late afternoon of January 16, the second in the late morning of January 17. Two different schedules to enable employees from around the world to interact with one key stakeholder, and not the least since it was the Chief Executive Officer of Société Générale, Frédéric Oudéa.
