Total’s Communications Department has asked us to organize two “Tchat” sessions (one in the morning, one in the afternoon) on December 11, 2017. Purpose of this initiative: dialogue with the largest number of employees in the various international subsidiaries of the Group. It turns out that the subject lended itself to this aim because this interactive meeting was part of the 3rd edition of BUSINESS ETHICS DAY, a day of exchange whose theme this year was: “Respect for the Other and Business: how to deal with dilemmas? ” Hilde Luystermans, President of the Ethics Committee, and Éric Michel, Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility Director, played the game by answering directly to as many questions as possible from the group’s employees.
